About Us

Dr Ines Maletić, specialist for anaesthesiology, reanimation and intensive care medicine, and Dr Duško Maletić, specialist in surgery and urology, opened the polyclinic Dr Maletić in Daruvar in 1998. Ten years later, their daughter - Dr Ana Maletić, a specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery joined them.

The statute of the Polyclinic was harmonized with the new Health Care Act on 15 October 2012, and is now called the Dr Maletić Polyclinic for Surgery and Anaesthesiology with a Day Care Facility.

We regularly attend all important events, conferences and training seminars in the field of aesthetic surgery in Europe and overseas, and we also participate with our own papers and studies based on experience gained in our own clinic.

Since 2008, the Maletić Polyclinic has been a training centre for laser lipolysis, laser treatment of excessive sweating in the armpits, laser treatment of varicose veins, laser facial rejuvenation and other laser procedures in aesthetic surgery. In cooperation with the Fotona Laser&Health Academy, we offer trainings for doctors from all over the world; the training takes place in our clinics in Zagreb and Daruvar, as well as in other countries, where we hold lectures and training seminars as invited speakers and trainers and demonstrate on individual interventions how to apply laser in medicine and aesthetic surgery.

We have so far published six books on aesthetic surgery - the last one has been translated into English.

In 2016, the new polyclinic in Zagreb was opened, which, like Daruvar, is equipped to the highest standards so that our patients can now visit us in Daruvar and in Zagreb as well – for the necessary examinations, consultations, treatments, operations and follow-up clinic visits.
