How do I book an appointment?
By phone or using the form on this page. Tell us which procedure or concern you have and which city suits you, and we will suggest an appointment.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The consultation is free and does not commit you to anything. That is where we establish whether a procedure is indicated in your case, which method is appropriate, and what you can realistically expect. Only then do we talk about how the procedure unfolds and what it costs.
Do you perform the same procedures in both cities?
Most of them, yes. Doctors work at both locations according to a schedule, so if one location is more suitable for your procedure, we will tell you when arranging your appointment.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually the same or the next business day. If the matter feels urgent, or if talking is simply easier for you, call the location closer to you directly.
Is my inquiry confidential?
It is. The content of your inquiry stays between you and the clinic staff, and that applies equally to every topic. If you would rather we did not call a certain number, or at a certain time, write that in your message and we will respect it.
