Anesthesia. Unless a line states otherwise, the price includes local anesthesia. If a procedure is normally performed under local anesthesia and you decide on general anesthesia at the consultation, the surcharge is €500.00. Some procedures require no anesthesia at all. For lines marked "Anesthesia included", the price already covers general anesthesia, sedation or whichever type that procedure requires — with no surcharge; the exact type is agreed with the surgeon at the consultation.
