Data retention terms
Your privacy and the security of your data are extremely important to us. We process personal data only for purposes for which an appropriate legal basis exists, applying organisational and technical protection measures.
Personal data you entrust to us for the purpose of examination, treatment or another form of healthcare is not sold, nor is it passed to unauthorised third parties. Data may be provided to processors and to institutions we cooperate with when this is necessary in order to deliver the agreed service, to carry out diagnostic procedures, a surgical procedure, a supplementary medical treatment, for accounting purposes, or when disclosure is required by law.
We particularly emphasise that a physician is obliged to keep everything learned about a patient's health condition as medical confidentiality. Medical confidentiality covers the data a physician learns about a patient and about their personal, family and social circumstances in the course of practising their profession.
A physician is obliged to keep accurate, comprehensive and dated medical documentation in accordance with the regulations on healthcare records. Documentation kept on an electronic medium must be protected against unauthorised alteration, premature destruction and impermissible use. A patient has the right to request access to the medical documentation relating to their diagnosis and treatment.
What data we collect
You give us personal data voluntarily for the purpose of providing healthcare services, communication and appointment scheduling — for example during examinations and consultations, communication with the patient, treatment and aesthetic procedures, the preparation of quotations and invoices, the preparation of a treatment plan, the keeping of health records, the keeping of records during a procedure, follow-up examinations and monitoring of patient satisfaction.

- Data on a medical diagnosis or diagnoses, where these exist

- Photographs before, during and after a procedure, where they form part of the medical documentation and where an appropriate legal basis exists for their use
Data required for treatment is collected, processed and stored in accordance with the applicable regulations and the rules of the medical profession.
Data collected when using the website
When you use the website, depending on your cookie choice, technical data and data about the use of the website may be processed — such as data about your device and browser, IP address, approximate location derived from technical data, pages visited and actions recorded on the website. Optional analytics and marketing tools are activated only after the corresponding consent. More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
Data you provide to us as part of the delivery of a healthcare service may be available to our authorised processors and partners where this is necessary for a specific purpose — for example for accounting, diagnostic laboratories or other healthcare institutions we cooperate with. We require an appropriate level of personal data protection from such partners.
We also use external technology services to operate the website. If you give consent for analytics or marketing cookies, certain technical data and data about the use of the website may be processed through the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel services. The content you enter into the contact form, including health data and the description of your enquiry, is not used as data for the Meta Pixel, nor is it deliberately sent to Meta for advertising purposes.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics in order to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and functionality.
Google Analytics is loaded in consent management mode (Google Consent Mode). This means the measurement script is present on the page from the start, but until you accept analytics cookies it sets no cookies on your device, stores no identifiers and does not recognise you on a return visit — until then only anonymous, aggregate signals are transmitted to Google, with nothing written to your device. Accepting analytics cookies switches measurement to its normal mode.
The data obtained in this way is not used for the content of contact forms or for medical documentation.
Meta Pixel and advertising measurement
With your prior consent for marketing cookies, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of ads on Facebook and Instagram and to record basic events on the website — for example a page view, a click on contact details, or a successfully sent enquiry. The Meta Pixel is not loaded at all before marketing cookies are accepted.
We do not feed the content of contact forms, health data, diagnoses, the content of user messages, or other data entered into form fields into the Meta Pixel. Meta's automatic configuration, which would otherwise read button clicks and form field content on its own, is switched off in the Pixel settings. We do not use contact form data to automatically match a user's identity with a Meta account. We limit measurement settings to the data required for basic campaign performance measurement, and we apply and respect the restrictions Meta places on health data and other sensitive categories. If a particular event or data point cannot be sent without revealing a sensitive health context, that measurement is not used.
Use of cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are used for the necessary functions of the website and, with your consent, for analytics and the measurement of marketing campaigns. You can accept optional cookies, reject them, or later change your choice in Cookie settings, available in the footer of every page.
